Sandeep Sonawane – Director-Sales and projects
  • Our director Sandip Sonawane, having 20+ years experience in automation industries started his career in 1991 in Indo-German petrochemical Ltd for installation & commissioning and maintenance in instrumentation after successful completing the project moved to Honeywell in 1994, He has Expertise in Product Sales, Project Engineering & Management, Lead Engineering, site management, plant Start-up & Commissioning, Project Close Out and Maintenance in the area of Control system (DCS/PLC/ESD) & field Instrumentation.
  • He is a Technical Expert on Honeywell Control systems for legacy TDC-3000 system to latest EXPERION PKS system which involves Controller-BC,MC,AMC,PM,APM,HPM,C200,C300,PLC-IPC 620/LM, Safety system-FSC,SM, Serial interface node-SI,EPLCG, AM,GUS,APP node, and OPC/Modbus/Field Bus interfaces to EXPERION and EPKS open system component.
  • He has extensive knowledge and Experience on process automation system from Invensys-TRICONEX,Bentley Nevada, PI OSISoft systems.
  • He has Rich corporate experience in Detail Design Engineering, Making DCS/PLC Control System Specification, Review of Field Instrument Specification, Technical Bid Analysis, Vendor Document Review. Also worked extensively for tender evaluation process, proposal preparation, order Negotiation and acceptance process, project planning and scheduling, project engineering, site contractor finalization, site execution activities for DCS and Safety systems.
  • He has worked effectively in Industrial Automation for Refinery, petroleum, power plant, offshore, Chemical, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Batch process and Oil & Gas companies across the world and having completed very large scale project from end-user like SHELL-Qatar, DOLPHIN ENERGY-Qatar, ZADCO-UAE, TATAPOWER -India, ONGC-India, EQUATE Petrochemical – Kuwait, HINDUSTAN Petroleum & Refineries LTD – India , Reliance Petrochemical Ltd –India, KUWAIT NATIONAL PETROLEUM CO.-Kuwait
  • He has Sound understanding of administration with a global mindset & strong quantitative and conceptual abilities.
  • He has proven Track record of providing excellent customer satisfaction and management of workload.
  • He has Knowledge of SIX SIGMA PROCESS and received SIX SIGMA CORE GREEN BELT certificate from Honeywell for successfully completion of green belt project.
